This large double in the basement was previously home to Joel Shapiro and Juice (Ryan Williams). It has become a favorite place to chill and play Rock Band and NBA 2K8 on Joel's 46" TV, as well as rocking to the jazzy beats pumped out by Ryan Williams' bass guitar and Joel Shapiro's drumset.
