"The President shall be responsible for all official acts of the Chapter and shall be accountable for the operation of the Chapter. He shall enforce all laws and rules of the Fraternity, supervise work of subordinate officers and committees, and oversee the financial operations of the Chapter. The President shall be responsible for all official acts and external communications of the Chapter, and shall be accountable for its operation." - Article VI Section II a of the Alpha Pi By-Laws.
